The COMBAT is a classic bivy bag with minimal pack size and weight. The bivy bag finds its use mainly in mountaineering, or as part of a survival package. GORE-TEX® ARID LITE AIR Technologie ensures 100% waterproofness which is also breathable and windproof at the same time.
 

BIVY BAGS

A bivy bag can be necessary if there is no room for a tent or if you need to spend the night outside involuntarily. That means: A bivy bag can be vital for survival! We offer models that are consistently made from the best materials. GORE-TEX® Gas-permeable technology is a unique three-layer laminate: absolutely waterproof and extremely breathable. Unlike the GORE-TEX® membrane used for apparel, GORE-TEX® Gas Permeable Technology is breathable. Our bivy bags and tents can therefore be completely closed - absolute weather protection with a lot of comfort!

The condensation of moisture vapour on the inside is reduced and any condensation water that occurs is quickly transported to the outside.

LESS WEIGHT AND VOLUME, MORE FLEXIBILITY

GORE-TEX® laminate for sleep systems is designed to be light weight and packable. To achieve the best balance of durability and light weight a combination of materials can be used with a lighter weight gas permeable fabric for the top cover, and a robust laminate for the ground sheet. This gives the best balance of weight, durability and protection.
