Orders will be posted once payment has been received and cleared. Either via Paypal, Cheque, Direct Deposit or by Phone. Be aware Direct deposit can take up to 2 working days to clear.
We will endeavour to post orders within 24 - 48 Hours and be received within 2 - 7 working days inside Australia depending on state. When item is out of stock and needs to be imported you will be notified of ETA or offered an alternative.
Orders will be sent via Australia post unless prior methods have been organised.

For AFPO orders, once items have been sent, Warlord Industries can not take responsiblity for items once they enter the MILPO system.
All products will be covered by Manufacturers warranties or by Warlord Discression. Items will not be covered if the following:
Neglect, Incorrect storage, Accidental damage, Wear and Tear.
For all warranty issues and returns contact first before sending. When sending you should have a copy of your original reciept in with item. If reciept/proof of purchase is not available warranty is void.

If making a return due to purchasing incorrect size, colour or fit. Return MUST be made within 30 days of purchase and a subject to a 10% restocking fee.
When exchanging for another size, returned item must be in original packaging as new and unworn. In with the return a return post bag addressed to your address.
Imported or Special order items can not be returned.
Note: Footwear will not be exchanged if worn.
